In accordance with Ministerial Decree of 21 march 2024, no 108, containing the “Guidelines for the determination of minimum fees and compensation for the use of assets in the possession of public cultural institutions and sites", the reproduction prices and the license fees for the use of the spaces of the State Archive of Novara for reproductions made directly by the State Archive of Novara are reported in the following attachment:

Requests must be sent to as-no.salastudio@cultura.gov.it
The State Archive will reply, communicating the costs of the service.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payments should be made using the digital PagoPA platform which, in compliance with art. 5, paragraph 2 of D.Lgs (Italian Legislative Decree) no. 82 of 7 March 2005 on the “Digital Administration Code”, enables standardised payments to be made to public entities via participating Payment Service Providers (PSP) .
Article 24, paragraph 2 of Law no. 120 of 11 September 2020, the conversion into law, with amendments, of Law Decree no. 76 of 16 July 2020 on Urgent measures for digital simplification and innovation, amended art. 65, paragraph 2 of D.Lgs (Italian Legislative Decree) no. 217 of 31 December 2017 which made electronic payments to public entities obligatory from 28 February 2021.
As such, from this date, no methods of payment other than those made via the PagoPA hub may be accepted by the State Archive of Novara.
The payment system can be accessed via the following link, using the "Pagamenti online“ (‘Online payments’) menu:

To access it is necessary to register, activate your account and purchase a service. Having selected State Archive of Novara and inserted the amount to be paid, communicated by the Office in response to your request, you must provide receipt of payment for the digital images to be released.

Please note that reproduction fees do not include the costs of participating PSP (Payment Service Providers) in the PagoPA service.
Digital images will only be sent to users following confirmation that all fees have been correctly paid in full.
