Users are required to fill out a self-declaration form when accessing the study room (

), and do not need to pay any fee for reproductions made for academic or personal use.The use of manual scanners, light stands, tripods and light sources is not permitted during the reproduction of archive materials.
The reproduction of entire archives, collections, or large parts thereof must be authorised by the Management.
