In the bicentennial year of the birth of senator Carlo Negroni, the State Archive of Novara is promoting a scientific conference which will be attended by institutional historians, legal experts and economics and social historians from different universities who will reflect on the important intellectual legacy of Negroni between the Unification of Italy and the post-Unification period from various perspectives.
