To mark the national holiday of 2 June 2019, the State Archive of Novara organised an archival exhibition in collaboration with the Prefecture of Novara and the Penitentiary Police that looked back at the early years of the Italian Republic and the institution of Republic Day on 2 June through the records of the Cabinet Office of the Prefecture of Novara.

The exhibition was held from 4 to 28 June 2019 and open to visitors from 8.30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
