This section presents the archives of the State Archive of Novara, currently available in digital format. The published inventories represent just a portion of the inventories present in the Archive study room. The list is therefore in the process of being updated.
The research tools are of different types and have various publication dates (analytical inventories, summary inventories, lists, and old additional tools), obtained through the scanning of images, optical character recognition (OCR) of typewritten inventories, transcriptions, newly produced database inventories. Each tool includes a front page and a general contents page.
The list of publications is organised in alphabetical order by archive name: e.g. Ospedale maggiore della carità di Novara comes under the letter O. The original name in Italian is italicised.
The archive name complies with the description standards adopted for the State Archive Information System.
It is possible to perform keyword searches using the box in the top right. Searches are performed on the webpages and within the additional tools.
